Daily Olympic Tip #2

We work the printers and copier hard here at the office. In order to keep them rolling, reduce waste, do away with unnecessary costs and win big points in the Office Olympics you need to know the following:

1. Where to find supplies for refilling paper (all sizes and types) and toner (all machines)
2. What to do when we're on our last box of paper
3. How to select the right printer for the job — When is it right to use the color printer? When isn't it?
4. How to reduce waste — When should a file be printed, when should it be saved digitally?
5. How and where to dispose of paper

Master these skills and your team is well on its way to the awards ceremony!

PS. Be sure to announce your TEAM LEADER and TEAM NAME — ON THE BLOG — before the weekend. BONUS POINTS will be awarded for those who complete this first point-earning task in the competition.

Glad I wasn't the one to catch the "do do."
